• Information you give us: name, postal address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, PAN, KYC records, bank account details, nominee details, income range, residential status and other information required to complete transactions with an Asset Management Company, bank, issuer or insurer.
• Information from your use of this website: details submitted through enquiry forms, and technical data such as browser type, device type, approximate location derived from IP address and pages visited.
• Information from third parties: folio, transaction and holding data received from AMCs, registrars and transfer agents (such as CAMS and KFintech), and distributor platforms with whom your folios are held.

Why we collect it

• To complete KYC, folio creation and the transactions you instruct.
• To service your holdings — statements, switches, redemptions, updates to your records and responses to your queries.
• To comply with obligations under applicable law, including provisions relating to prevention of money laundering, tax reporting, FATCA and CRS.
• To send you service communications relating to your holdings and, where you have consented, information about products and services we distribute.
• To maintain internal records and to improve the content and functioning of this website.

How we share information

We share your information only where it is necessary, and only with:

• Asset Management Companies, insurers, deposit issuers and other product manufacturers with whom you choose to transact.
• Registrars and transfer agents, KYC registration agencies and distributor platforms used to execute and hold your transactions.
• Regulators, statutory authorities, courts and law-enforcement agencies where disclosure is required by law.
• Service providers who assist us with technology, communication or record-keeping, under an obligation of confidentiality.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.
